盐酸右美托咪啶注射液在临床麻醉中应用进展 被引量：1

摘要 α2肾上腺素能受体（α2-adrenocep tor，α2 AR）激动剂作为降压药，应用于临床已经有数十年的历史。临床研究发现，以可乐定为代表的这类药物，还具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑等作用。盐酸右美托咪啶（dexm edetom idine，DEX）是一种新型的高选择性的α2 AR激动剂，与2、1肾上腺素能受体结合的比例为2：1=1632：1；α2 AR的亲和力是可乐定的8倍。
