护理干预对气道高反应患者术后肺功能影响

摘要 目的:探讨护理干预对中、重度气道高反应患者术后肺功能的影响。方法:选择近半年来在我院鼻科因变应性鼻炎行鼻内窥镜术后的中、重度气道高反应患者90例,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用术后常规药物治疗,观察组术后在常规药物治疗的基础上增加适宜的氧疗,氧气加温雾化吸入,行为干预等护理措施。比较两组术后肺功能。结果:观察组术后肺部感染发生率低于对照组,术后肺活量、潮气量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术后早期护理干预可明显改善气道高反应患者术后各项呼吸功能,减少术后并发症的发生。
