摘要
目的:总结CT介入引导架的制作和应用方法。方法:CT介入引导架包括有圆环形状的底座,大半圆环形定位片、小半圆环形定位片、线坠和持针夹,实际使用时,根据CT图像确定进针路径,计算进针的深度和角度。结果:CT介入引导架能多方向引导,能在进针前验证穿刺路径正确与否,便于推广应用。结论:CT介入引导架结构简单,所有部件的材料均很普通、便宜,有很好的推广应用前景。
Objective To introduce the production and application methods of the CT interventional guidance supporter. Methods The CT interventional guidance supporter includes the circular pedestal, large semi-annular positioning piece, small semi-annular positioning piece, lines fall and needle holder, and can use the CT figures to confirm the needle path, to calculate the depth and the angle. Result The CT interventional guidance supporter can be muJti-directions guide, and validate the correctness of the puncture path, in order to promote and apply. Conclusion The CT interventional guidance supporter has the simply structure, and all the materials of its parts are ordinary and inexpensive. So it is worth to promote and apply.
