摘要
目的 :为了探讨健康人外周血细胞流式细胞术参数的正常值及其波动范围。方法 :用流式细胞术对 88例健康成年人血细胞的DNA、RNA、蛋白质含量 ,细胞动力学 ,机体免疫状态 ,细胞因子和基因蛋白表达水平等 32个指标进行了检测分析。结果 :获得了 88例健康人血细胞 32项流式细胞术参数正常值的平均值、标准差和分布范围。结论 :本结果可作为健康人外周血细胞流式细胞术参数的正常参考值 ,供基础和临床研究参考。
Objective:To investigate the normal reference value and the distributed range of flow cytometric parameters in peripheral blood cells on healthy persors.Methods:32 flow cytometric parameters of 88 healthy individuals were measured by flow cytometry.These parameters included DNA content,RNA content,protein content of cells,cellular kinetics,immune status,cytokines and expression of gene protein.Results:Average values,standard error and distributed ranges of 32 flow cytometric parameters in peripheral blood cells were obtained on 88 cases of healthy individuals Conclusions:These results may regarded as normal reference values of flow cytomtrc parameters in peripheral blood cells on healthy persors.It may be used in normal reference values of basis and clinical medical study
