摘要
目的:探讨胆总管十二指肠瘘的治疗方法,为规范其治疗方法提供资料。方法:分析我院2001年1月～2011年1月收治的53例胆总管十二指肠瘘患者临床资料,总结该病的治疗方法。结果:本组44例行外科手术治疗,8例行腹腔镜下手术治疗,9例采用药物治疗。随访绝大部分患者治疗效果良好,仅少数病情反复的患者采取进一步治疗措施。结论:目前对于该病的治疗方案尚未统一,主要还是以外科手术干预为主,消化道溃疡引起的病症需要配合药物治疗,腹腔镜下修补等微创疗法依然需要摸索围术期抗菌药物给药方案。
Objective To investigate the treatment for choledochoduodenal fistula which clinical manifestation is not obviously, with diagnosis rate raising year by year at our institution in these years, we need appraise the methods. Methods Fifty-three patients with choledochoduodenal fistula were treated in our hospital from January 2001 to January 2011.Forty-four patients were treated operatively, while nine patients were treated with medicine. Results Fifty-three patients with choledochoduodenal fistula were diagnosed, thirty-eight patients apply with surgical intervention, forty-fourpatients have good therapeutic efficacy, and eight patients adopted with laparoscopic surgery. By Following up for six months to ten years, they did not recurrent attacks again. Conclusions We should consider drug treatment.In addition to this, operative therapy as well as laparoscopic surgery were utility treatment.
