摘要内镜逆行性胰胆管造影(Endoscopicretrogrape choledocho-Paucreatogr aphy 简称 E R C P)的阳性发现,对于胆道疾病的术前疹断及术式选择均有指导意义。对于 E R C P 阴性的患者作进一步处理则不能一律,本院近期 ERCP 检查200例,笔者对其中的16例阴性者进行随访与分析。
