防霉剂α-溴代肉桂醛对皮肤刺激性和致敏性的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨防霉剂α 溴代肉桂醛对皮肤的刺激性和致敏性。方法 对两个工厂接触α BCA的 10 8例工人进行了临床检查 ,并以 2 3例不接触者作对照 ;以α BCA对健康成人作了皮肤刺激和致敏试验。结果  10 8例接触工人中接触性皮炎患病率达 42 6 % ;1%及 0 5 %浓度一次闭合敷贴 48小时均可致伴有疼痛的大疱。以 0 0 1%浓度诱导、0 0 0 4%浓度激发 ,测得α BCA对无过敏史的健康成年志愿者的皮肤致敏比例为 6 / 2 5 (2 4% )。结论 本组接触性皮炎由α BCA引起。α BCA既是刺激物 ,又是致敏物 。 Objective To explore irritant and sensitivity of skin on antimildew agent αbromocinnamic aldehyde(αBCA)Methods Clinical examination was made in 108 workers exposed αBCA in two factoriesStudies on irritant and sensitization of αBAC in human skin were performedResults Contact dermatitis was present in 426% of 108 exposed to αBCABulla with pain was occurred after occlusive patch 48 hours at 1% and 05% αBCASkin sensitization incidence of normal volunteers at 0004% αBAC was 24% Conclusion Contact dermatitis was caused by αBCAAntimildew αBCA was either irritant or sensitizerThe mechanism of contact dermatitis caused by αBCA was both irritantion and sensitization
