摘要
目的 :了解抗抑郁剂的应用情况。 方法 :将我院 1997年 6月至 1999年 2月期间应用的抗抑郁剂的患者进行分组 ,分成三环类抗抑郁剂 ( TCAs)组 ,选择性 5羟色胺再摄取抑制剂( SSRIs)组和其它抗抑郁剂组 ,比较用药频度和脱落率。 结果 :TCAs的用药频度显著下降 ,而 SSRIs的用药频度显著上升 ;目前 ,SSRIs的应用率显著高于 TCAs;TCAs的脱落率显著高于 SSRIs。 结论 :SSRIs和 TCAs已共同成为治疗抑郁障碍的一线药 ,并且 SSRIs有取代
Objective:To investigate the utilization of antidepressants in our hospital. Method:The antidepressants were divided into three groups:TCAs group,SSRIs group and other antidepressants group in order to be compared the utilization ratio and withdrawal ratio. Results:The utilization ratio of TCAs was significantly decreased,while SSRIs was significantly increased.The withdrawal ratio of TCAs was higher than SSRIs. Conclusion:SSRIs have became the first line drug in treatment of depression and are showing a tendency to substitute for TCAs.
