摘要
目的探讨强化生殖知识宣教对育龄妇女性知识掌握情况及生殖健康的影响。方法选取2011年7～12月的120例育龄妇女为对照组,对其采用常规生殖知识宣教,2012年1～6月的120例育龄妇女为观察组,对其采用强化生殖知识宣教,后将两组妇女宣教前后的相关知识掌握情况和宣教后妇科疾病、意外妊娠发生率进行比较。结果观察组的相关知识掌握较佳率高于对照组,而随访期间的妇科疾病和意外妊娠发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化生殖知识宣教对育龄妇女性知识掌握情况及生殖健康的影响较为明显,可有效降低不良情况的发生率。
Objective To study the influence of strengthening reproductive knowledge education for the mastering situation of sex knowledge and reproductive health of reproductive women.Methods One hundred and twenty reproductive women from July to December 2011 were selected as control group,and they were educated with routine reproductive knowledge education.One hundred and twenty reproductive women from January to June 2012 were selected as observation group,and they were educated with strengthening reproductive knowledge education,then the mastering situation of related knowledge before and after the education and rate of gynecological diseases and unintended pregnancy of two groups were compared.Results The mastering better rate of observation group＇s related knowledge was higher than that of control group,rate of gynecological diseases and unintended pregnancy were lower than those of control group,all P 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The influence of strengthening reproductive knowledge education for the mastering situation of sex knowledge and reproductive health of reproductive women is obvious,and it can effectively decrease the rate of adverse situation.
