摘要
目的观察低分子右旋糖苷联合疏血通治疗高黏血症的临床疗效。方法将150例高黏血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予低分子右旋糖苷联合疏血通治疗,对照组给予罗通定(颅痛定)、氟桂利嗪治疗。观察两组治疗前后血流变中血黏度的变化。结果治疗后治疗组血黏度明显减低(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低分子右旋糖苷联合疏血通能显著降低血液黏度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the blood hyperviscosity syndrome patients whom treated by Low Molecular Dextran combined with Shuxuetong.Methods One hundred and fifty blood hyperviscosity syndrome patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,the patients of the reatment group were treated by Low Molecular Dextran combined with Shuxuetong,the patients of the control group were treated by Rotundine and Flunarizine hydrochloride,the change of the blood viscosity before and after treatment were observed.Results The blood viscosity in the treatment group was reduced significantly after treatment （P 0.05）,before and after treatment,the blood viscosity in the control group was not significant different （P 0.05）.Conclusion Low Molecular Dextran combined with Shuxuetong can significantly reduce the blood viscosity.
