摘要
目的：研制降粘活血袋泡剂，探讨降粘活血袋泡剂治疗高粘血症的疗效及不良反应。方法：制定降粘活血袋泡剂制备工艺、质量标准。观察患者２４３ 例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组１５８ 例，服降粘活血袋泡剂。对照组８５ 例，服维脑路通片。一疗程３ 个月，复查血脂、血糖、肝肾功能。结果：制剂稳定。治疗组血浆比粘度、血浆纤维蛋白原均恢复到正常值水平，Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１ 。对照组血浆比粘度、血浆纤维蛋白原亦有下降，Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ 。结论：降粘活血袋泡剂治疗高粘血症效果好，不良反应少，是治疗高粘血症的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE:To study and discuss Jiangnian Huoxue sack infuse agento(JHSA) for its curative effect of treating the hyperviscositymia and its side effect.METHOD:To work out the preparation techonology and quality criterions of JHSA.Two hundreds and forty three patients with hyperviscositymia were radomly divided into two groups.The treated group taking JHSA had 158 cases and the contral group(taking venoruton),85 cases.After the treatment of 3 months,all the patients were examined the plasma lipid,plasma glucose,liver function and kidney function again.RESULTS:This agent has a good steady quality.In the treat group,the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were all recovered normal(P<0.01),in the contral group,they were somewhat low only(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:JHSA has a fine curative effect and little side effect for the treatment to hyperviscositymia,which would be an acceptable drug for the patients.
