摘要
目的 探讨应用皮瓣、肌皮瓣修复小腿及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损伴骨外露的效果。方法 应用 8种不同部位的皮瓣、肌皮瓣移位或移植 ,对 5 8例小腿及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损及骨外露进行治疗。结果 皮瓣除 1例坏死外 ,余全部成活 ,经术后 6个月～ 5年随访 ,外形及功能恢复满意。结论 根据创面的形态及部位 ,选择合适皮瓣、肌皮瓣 。
Objective To study the effects in the treatment of prosthesis of skin and soft tissue coloboma with bone exposed in shank or ankle with skin flap and musculocutaneous flap. Methods 8 species of skin flaps and musculocutaneous flaps were transplanted to cure 58 cases of skin and soft tissue coloboma with bone exposed in shank or in ankle. Results Only partial necrosis happened in 1 case, and all the other flaps survived. Satisfactory results of appearance and functions were achieved after 6 months～5 years of follow up. Conclusion The prosthesis of the disease can be effectively repaired by transplanting correct skin flap or musculocutaneous flap according to shape and prosthesis area.
