摘要
目的探讨多种游离皮瓣修复足踝部特殊类型组织缺损的临床效果。方法采用股前外侧皮瓣、胸脐肌皮瓣及旋髂深血管为蒂的髂骨皮瓣3种游离吻合移植方法,对16例足踝部特殊类型组织缺损患者进行修复。结果16例游离移植皮瓣全部成活。随访4～18个月,所有皮瓣色泽、质地,外观良好,创面完全覆盖。结论股前外侧皮瓣、胸脐肌皮瓣及旋髂深血管为蒂的髂骨皮瓣是修复足踝部特殊类型组织缺损的有效方法。
Objective To report the treatment outcome of repair of tissue loss at the foot and （or） heel by three kinds of flaps. Methods 16 cases with tissue defect at the foot and （or） heel were repaired by 3 kinds of flaps ： anterior-lateral flap of the thigh and thoracoumbilical flap and deep eircum flex iliae vascular pedicled flap. Results All flaps survived. Over in the follow-up in 4 -18 months, the appearance and elasticity and texture of the flaps were found to be satisfactory, and the defects were covered completely. Conclusions It is an optimal method for treatment of special tissue defect at the foot and （or） heel by the 3 kinds of flaps.
