摘要
目的 改进急性化脓性关节炎的治疗方法。方法 用自行研制的金属扩张套管置管引流治疗急性化脓性膝关节感染 8例 ,踝关节感染 3例。结果 留管冲洗过程中未出现冲洗引流管的堵塞、渗漏、脱落和组织水肿、管周皮肤糜烂等现象。随访 3～ 7个月 (平均 4个月 ) ,关节功能均恢复正常。结论 金属扩张套管置管引流治疗急性化脓性关节炎 ,操作简便 ,安全可靠 ,组织损伤小 。
Objective To improve the treatment of acute pyogenic arthritis. Methods The dilated metallic ducts designed by ourselves were applied to drain the acute pyogenic arthritis, including 8 knee joints and 3 ankle joints. Results In the process of washing with the ducts being retained the obstruction, leakage and drop of the ducts were not found , there were not tissue edema and skin erosion around the ducts. The joint movement was recovered 3 to 7 months later (4 months on average). Conclusion The device has many merits to drain acute pyogenic arthritis with dilated metallic ducts, such as performing with convenience,safe and reliable, little injury to tissue, which can be used in grassroot hospitals.
