摘要
目的 探讨牛骨形态发生蛋白 (bBMP) +自体髂骨植入治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法 自体髂骨植入 10 2髋 ,bBMP植入 37髋 ,bBMP +自体髂骨植入 6 9髋。比较 3种手术方法疗效。结果 随访 6个月～ 15年 ,3种手术方法中以bBMP +自体髂骨植入组疗效为最优。结论 bBMP
Objective To study the effects of treatment for avascular necrosis of the femoral head of children with bovine bone morphogenetic protein (bBMP) and autogenous iliac bone grafting. Methods 102 iliac bone grafting, 37 bBMP grafting, and 69 bBMP and autogenous iliac bone grafting were used to treat the disease, and the therapeutic effects were compared with each other. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 15 years, It was found that the therapeutic effect by bBMP and autogenous iliac grafting was the best in 3 groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effect on avascular necrosis of the femoral head of children is obvious if bBMP and autogenous iliac grafting are combined.
