摘要
对肉羊黄脂病的临床症状和发病机理进行了论述,并对形成肉羊黄脂的影响因素,主要包括遗传、品种、年龄等因素以及鉴别方法进行了阐述,并从卫生学评价和处理方面提出黄脂病、黄脂肉的检验方法,为羊肉品质鉴别提供参考.
