摘要
采用3种消毒时间对沙冬青、老瓜头、甘草3种沙生药用植物内生真菌进行分离.结果表明:消毒3min来消除非内生菌的影响,效果较好;同一植株分离出内生真菌的数量,以根部最多,其次是茎部,叶部最少.合并形态相同的分离物,分离出的124株内生真菌除24株无孢菌属外,经初步鉴定分属于13个属,卵形孢霉属(Oospora)和串珠霉属(Monilia)各占18.63%;交链孢霉(Alternaria)占12.96%;间毛孢霉属(Septosporium)占10.53%;镰孢霉属(Fusarium)占9.72%;而头孢霉属(Cephalosporium)、束丝菌属(Ozonium)、青霉属(Penicillium)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、地霉属(Geotrichum)、亚大茎点菌属(Macrophoming)、丝核菌属(Rhizoctonia)分离数均小于5%.以4种植物病原菌为靶标菌,筛选出5株高活性拮抗菌株,抑菌带宽度达14.99mm.
Using 3 different disinfect time to isolate the endophytic fungi in three psammonphilous medical plant. Ammopiptanthus rnongolicus , Glycyrriza uralensia and Cynanchum licorice. The results indicated that the disinfection effect of endophytic bacteria in 3 min to eliminate non-works better; quantities of endophytic fungi isolated from the same plant, roots took the largest number, followed by the stem, leaves at least. Combining the same isolates from the seeds, roots, stems and leaves, 124 endophytic actinomycetes were identified belonging to 13 genera except 24 of them, Oospora and Monilia, each of them accounts for 18. 63%; Alternaria accounts for 12. 96%; Septosporium accounts for 10. 53%; Fusarium accounts for 9.72%; the isolate rate of Cephalosporium, Ozonium ,Penicillium, Aspergillus, Geotrichum, Macrophoming and Rhizoctonia is less than 5%. Using 4 kinds of pathogenic bacteria as target bacteria, screened out 5 antagonistic strains with high activity, antibacterial bandwidth up to 14.99 mm.
