摘要
高职英语教学内容在价值取向上与企业要求不甚适应,在建构维度上缺乏职场文化元素。研究职场文化与英语教学文化的融合方法与对话途径,对高职学生的职业意识养成与职业素养提升可起到潜移默化的作用。
The content of higher vocational English teaching is less adaptation to the business requirements in value orientation and lack of workplace culture elements in constructing dimensions. Researching the fusion method and the path of dialogue for two kinds of cultures of workplace and English teaching can be good for developing the students' career awareness and professional qualities.
