摘要
实现高职校园文化与工业文化相融合,是践行职业教育"校企合作"发展道路的需要,是提高我国国民素质的需要。为此,在校园物态文化建设方面,应建设各专业发展的博物馆或展览馆,按照优秀企业的做法建设实习实训室,设置工业文化长廊;在校园制度文化建设方面,制定教师和学生工业文化素养行为规范;在校园行为文化建设方面,要将工业文化融入校园文艺活动、第二课堂活动、社团组织的建设之中;在校园心态文化建设方面,引导学生养成勤学善思、文明守纪的良好习惯,注重对学生工作价值观的教育。
Although the connotation and carrier between industrial culture and campus culture in higher vocational colleges are different,there exist similar qualities,which can realize the connection between each other.Therefore,on the aspect of building campus state culture,museum or exhibition each major develops should be constructed.Training center should be constructed according to the operation of excellent enterprises to set up industrial culture gallery.On the aspect of building campus system culture,behavior criterion of industrial culture quality between teachers and students should be established.On the aspect of building campus behavior culture,industrial culture should be developed to integrate campus art activity,second classroom activity and social organization activity.On the aspect of building campus psychology culture,students should be guided to get into the habit（？） diligent study and good at thinking,civilization in order and decorum as well.The education of students＇ working values should be paid attention to.
