摘要
在N催化体系的基础上,研究了不同种类和不同用量内、外给电子体以及不同催化剂合成条件对聚丙烯(PP)等规指数的影响;经过大量的催化剂合成和小聚合研究,找到了1种调节PP等规指数的有效方法。在PP工业装置上的应用试验进一步验证了小试的结论。
This paper studied the effects of kinds and dosages of internal and external electron donors and synthesis conditions of catalysts on the isotacticity of the polypropylene (PP) prepared with N catalyst. An effective method to adjust the isotacticity of the PP was found out and confirmed through synthesis experiments of the catalysts and their evaluations in polymerization reactions on pilot plant. The trial application on commercial plant further validated the conclusion drawn from the pilot plant test.
