BCZ-308型催化剂在间歇式聚丙烯装置制备高性能均聚聚丙烯 被引量:10

摘要 使用BCZ-308型催化剂在间歇式聚丙烯装置制备了高性能均聚聚丙烯(记作BCZ-PPH)。与用参比催化剂制备的均聚聚丙烯(记作Ref-PPH)相比,BCZ-PPH在拉伸屈服应力、弯曲应力和模量、负荷变形温度等刚性指标高5%~16%的前提下,常温冲击强度达到了36.8 k J/m2,是Ref-PPH的5倍多,低温冲击强度是Ref-PPH的3倍多,具有极佳的刚韧平衡性。采用凝胶渗透色谱仪和差示扫描量热仪研究了BCZ-PPH的性能,以及加入β成核剂后对其性能的影响,证明了BCZ-PPH优异的力学性能是由其较高的相对分子质量和较宽的相对分子质量分布(10.1)带来的。 The high performance homo-polypropylene(BCZ-PPH) was prepared by BCZ-308 catalyst in batch polypropylene(PP) plant. The impact strength at room temperature of BCZ-PPH is 36.8 k J/m2, which is five times higher than that of PPH prepared by reference catalyst(Ref-PPH), and the impact strength at low temperature of BCZ-PPH is also three times higher than that of Ref-PPH, at the same time, the tensile yield stress, bending stress and modulus, load deformation temperature of BCZ-PPH are higher than those of Ref-PPH by 5%-16%, representing excellent balance between rigidity and toughness. The properties of BCZ-PPH before and after adding β-nucleating agent were observed by gel permeation chromatograph and differential scanning calorimeter. The results show that the excellent mechanical properties of BCZ-PPH are endowed by its high relative molecular mass and wide relative molecular mass distribution(10.1).
