摘要 结合国内外对太阳能减反膜的研究现状,叙述了几种目前常用的减反膜的制备方法及其工艺特点。针对目前的研究状况展望太阳能电池减反膜的发展前景。 Antireflection films used for the solar cells are of great significance in improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells. According to the development status of the antireflection films for the solar cell at home and abroad, this paper describes several commonly used preparation methods. The characteristics of the preparation process, such as chemical vapor deposition、physical vapor deposition and sol-gel method are introduced .
