摘要
为适应现代汽车日益苛刻的高速、安全、舒适等要求,必须不断努力发展制动系统及其刹车材料。本文简述了陶瓷刹车片的研究与发展的概况,探讨了汽车陶瓷刹车片的制备工艺和关键的技术问题、以及巨大的市场潜力,提出了陶瓷刹车片将是汽车制动摩擦材料的发展趋势,这对发展我国陶瓷刹车材料具有非常重要的意义。
It is necessary to make great efforts to develop braking system and braking materials to adapt to increasingly slashing demands, such as high-speed, safety and comfort and so on. A brief review of research and development of ceramic brake is introduced. The preparation arts and crafts and critical technical problems and tremendous market potential were discussed. It is pointed out that ceramic brake will be main research directions for friction materials of cars. This will offer great meaning for the development of ceramic braking materials of cars.
