Applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method to Determine the Weighted Values of the Evaluation Indexes for the Mine Ventilation System

摘要 运用层次分析法,根据行业标准中的通风系统鉴定指标,构建金属非金属地下矿山通风系统评价指标结构模型,并最终确定矿井通风系统评价指标的权值及排序.三类指标的排序及权值为:安全可靠性(0.637)→合理性(0.258)→经济性(0.105);九个评价指标的排序及权值为:作业环境空气质量合格率(0.272)→风速合格率、风质合格率、风量供需比(0.131)→扇风机效率(0.120)→有效风量率(0.115)→年产万吨耗风量(0.062)→单位有效风量所需功率、单位采掘矿石量的通风费用(0.019). According to the ventilation system judge standards of industrial standard,by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method,the evaluation indexs structural model of metal and nonmetal underground mines ventilation system is built.And then,the weighted values and ranks of the evaluation indexes for the mine ventilation system are finally determined.The weighted values and ranks of three types indexes are as follow:safe reliability(0.637)→ rationality(0.258)→economy(0.105);and the weighted values and ranks of nine evaluation indexes are:the quality rate of working environment air quality(0.272)→the quality rate of windspeed,the quality rate of air quality,air quantity supply and demand ratio(0.131)→fan efficiency(0.120)→effective air quantity rate(0.115)→ air consumption of outputting 10 000 tons per yea(r0.062)→requiral power of unit effective air quantity,ventilation cost of unit mining ores(0.019).
