摘要
硫酸法生产白炭黑存在设备利用率低、白炭黑的粒度较粗等问题 ,使产品质量难以保证。本文介绍了硫酸法生产白炭黑的生产线改造成采用酸溶胶法生产线的方案 ,改造后产品质量明显提高 ,产量增产 2 5 % ,设备单产。
It is known that problems such as low utilization rate of facilities and big size of obtained product exist in white carbon black production based on the sulfuric acid process. The product quality is therefore made uncertain. The paper gives a systematic introduction of the technical reformation in the white carbon black production line. The replacement of the sulfuric acid process by the acid sol process can not only improve the performance of white carbon black but also raise the output by 25%. The yield and productivity can also be increased.
