本文叙述了白炭黑的制造工艺过程和影响质量的因素,并说明白炭黑的粒径、比表面积、结构以及表面化学状态等特性对补强性能的影响,同时解释了白炭黑在橡胶中的补强机理,通过各项试验证实或论证白炭黑的物理化学性能和混炼胶的性能指标,必须达到本文中列表所要求的数值指标时,方可作为补强剂使用,白炭黑才算是合格产品.
The paper introduces the process of manufacture of white carbon, the factors that influence quality. It also explains the particle size, specific area, structure and surface chemical states of white carbon all have influence on reinforce performance. The mechanism of white carbon reinforcement on rubber is explained. Specifications must be met in order to be used as reinforcing a-gent.
