摘要
本文结合实际，就当前应用比较广泛的几种天然香料提取技术的研究状况进行了较为全面的论述，并提出了应注意的问题。
Recent development of research of some modern extract technique being used widely in the industry of natural fragrance and flavour, is indroduced in this review. Three questions which should be paid attention to are raised, too.
