摘要
限期治理制度是我国环境法上一项重要的制度。但目前,我国的限期治理制度仍存在许多缺陷与不足之处。相比日本和美国环境法上的类似制度,则可为我国环境保护限期治理制度的改善提供有益的借鉴。
The deadline governance system is an important system in our Environmental Law.But our deadline governance system there are still many flaws and inadequacies.Comparing similar system in Japan and the United States Environmental Law,can provide useful lessons for China＇s environmental protection deadline for the improvement of the system of governance.
