摘要
提出了丙烯腈 /醋酸乙烯酯的一种室温引发、自加热的快速共聚合方法。探讨了该聚合反应的特点 ,研究了氧化还原引发体系的各种变量 ,包括氧化剂对还原剂的质量比、不同还原剂的质量比、引发剂用量等对 30 min转化率和产物分子量等的影响。
A novel polymerization method room temperature initated, self heating polymerization was applied to bulk copolymerization of acrylonitrile with vinyl acetate. The effects of the mass ratios of acrylonitrile/vinyl acetate monomers of different reductants and the mass ratio of oxidant to reductants, as well as the amount of initiators on the 30 min conversion and on the molecular weight of the products were investigated.
