摘要
研究了丙烯腈 /醋酸乙烯酯单体的室温引发自加热的浓乳液聚合方法。探讨了聚合过程中主要参数对转化率和分子量的影响。最终得出 ,浓乳液聚合方法是实现室温引发、自加热聚合的首选方法。
A novel polymerization method room temperature initiated, self heating polymerization was applied to concentration emulsion copolymerization of acrylonitrile with vinyl acetate.The effects of various parameters on the polymerization were investigated. Optimum values were found for the volume fraction of the dispersed phase,for the mass ratios of the two reductants and of the oxidant to reductant and for the surfactant and reductant concentrations. One concludes that the concentrated emulsion polymerization method is particularly suitable for the room temperature initiated, self heating polymerization.
