摘要
"卓越工程师教育计划"的实施和"培养应用型人才"的定位使独立学院对教师实践教学能力的提升问题迫在眉睫。学校应从转变教学思想观念,建立健全培养制度;完善校企(行)合作机制,优化教师群体结构;加强教学团队建设;强化学生毕业实践和毕业设计指导机制;建立科学考评体系等方面提升教师实践教学能力,以满足"培养创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才"对师资队伍的要求。
The implement of＂excellent engineer education program＂and the position of＂Applied Talents＂make it extremely urgent to enhance teachers＇ practical teaching ability in Independent Colleges.In order to meet the needs of＂cultivating all types of high-quality engineering and technical personnel with strong innovation ability and adapting to economic and social development needs＂,colleges should enhance teachers’practical teaching abilities by changing their teaching ideas,establishing the training systerm,improving the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,optimizing the structure of the group of teachers,strengthening the teaching team building,intensifying graduation practice and graduation design guidance mechanism,and establishing the scientific evaluation system.
