摘要
应用CFD技术,对工程用油-水列管式换热器进行了流场计算,分析了其换热性能。针对其热流场的缺陷,提出采用折流板技术对其结构进行改进设计,并对比分析了两种结构的折流板换热流场情况。结果表明:两种具有不同折流板结构的换热器均可消除局部温度过高的现象,相较而言,内圆式折流板散热器沿程阻力损失较小,效果较好。
Using CFD method, the flow field of oil-water tubular heat exchanger is calculated, and the heat transfer characteristic is analyzed. For the default of the heat flow field, the baffle technology is proposed to improve its structure design, and the conditions of heat flow field for the two structures are compared and analyzed. The results show that the two heat exchangers with different baffle structure can avoid excess temperature in some local region, and the heat ex- changer with inside circle baffle has less on-way resistance, so it is considered as the optimal structure.
