摘要
女大学生村官介入农村"三留守"问题有着独特的优势,例如性别优势、知识储备优势、年龄优势等,但同时也受传统性别偏见、基层艰苦复杂的工作环境以及自身的心理、生理因素等诸多因素的制约。女大学生村官介入农村"三留守"问题应注意"扬长避短",拓宽介入途径,并注重自身素质的提升以及角色的社会化。
Female college student village leaders (CSVLs) have unique advantages in intervening in rural "Three-left-behind" problem, including those in gender, knowledge reserve and age. However, they are also restrained by many factors including the traditional gender prejudice, harsh and complicated grassroots working environment and their psychological and physiological factors. In their intervention in rural "Three-left-behind" problem, they should enhance their strengths and avoid their weakness, expand the intervention channels, improve their own qualities, and make their role more socialized.
