叙述了苯甲酸钠的国内生产及应用状况，重点叙述了作为防腐剂的应用情况，对其他几种新型防腐剂作了比较，并分析了苯甲酸钠的发展趋势。
This article article states the domestic production and the application of sodium benzoate.especially in tern of the application of it as preservative. In addition, there is comparison between sodium benzoate and other new preservatives. And the article anylyses the growing tendency of sodium benzoate.
