摘要
采用以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂、碳酸钠为催化剂,滴加过氧甲酸控制反应速度的新工艺合成医药中间体2-茚满酮,较之传统工艺安全有效。
According to the procedure, 1,2-dichloroethane is used as solvent, Sodium carbonate is used as catalyst, 2-Indanone is prepared, adding dropwise of performic acid control the reaction. Comparing with old procedure it is safe and effective.
