摘要
α-甲基萘馏份中含有高浓度硫化物杂质甲基苯并噻吩,可以通过乙酸酐/过氧化氢催化氧化法脱除。以质量分数30%的过氧化氯水溶液为氧化剂,乙酸酐为催化剂,考察了n(乙酸酐)/n(H2O2)和n(HiO2)/n(S)、反应时间、原料中氮化物杂质(甲基喹啉、吲哚等)的存在对α-甲基萘中甲基苯并噻吩转化率的影响。结果表明,n(乙酸酐)/n(H2O2)对转化率有显著影响;但转化率对过氧化氢并不敏感;在40-70℃,温度的升高有利于反应的进行;在n(乙酸酐)/n(H2O2)=0.5,n(H2O2)/n(S)=16,温度为70℃,反应时间为60min时,甲基苯并噻吩转化率达96%。另外,原料中的碱性氮化物对转化率有一定的影响。
There is high concentration impurity of methylbenzothiophene (MBT) in 1 - methylnaphthalene fraction of wash oil. Acetic anhydride and hydrogen peroxide were used to remove MBT by eatalytic oxidation. The effects of n (acetic anhydride)/n (H2O2) and n(H2O2)/n(S), reaction time and nitrogen impurities (indole and methylquinoline) on the conversion ratio of MBT were investigated with hydrogen peroxide solution(mass fraction of H2O2 is 30% ) as oxidizer and acetic anhydride as catalyst. The results show that n (acetic anhydride )/n (H2O2) has notable effect on the conversion ratio, but the conversion ratio is insensitive to hydrogen peroxide, the temperature increase in the range of 40 to 70 ℃ promotes reaction proceeding. The conversion ratio of MBT is 96 % when n (acetic anhydride)/n (H2O2) is 0.5, n (H2O2)/n (S) is 16 and reacting for 60 rain at 70 ℃. The concentration of basic nitrogen in feed material has some effects on conversion ratio of MBT.
