摘要
采用沸腾水解法制备三氧化二铁包膜云母钛珠光颜料。通过实验,考察了不同工艺条件,即pH值、沉积量、反应时间等对产品质量的影响。并以XRD和SEM技术检测产品的物相及微观结构。最佳工艺条件为:pH值2~4,反应时间1~1.5h,焙烧温度670℃,三氧化二铁沉积量不同,可得到不同颜色的珠光颜料。
TiO2 - mica nacreous pigment with Fe2O3 is prepared by the process of boiling hydrolysis. The influence of the operation conditions, such as acidity, mass of deposit, reaction time and calcining temperature on the pigment properties are studied. Simultaneously,the crystal structure and micro structure of the pigment are analyzed by the XRD and SEM. The optimum conditions for operating are as follows : pH 2~4,reaction time 1 -1.5 h,calcining temperature 670 (.' ,and different colors corresponding to different masses of deposit.
