摘要
糖尿病合并肝损伤的发病率正逐年提高,后期往往不可逆转,而临床对该病尚重视不足。本文从糖尿病与脂肪肝、病毒性肝炎、肝纤维化、胆石症及糖尿病酮症酸中毒的关系方面入手,结合国内外研究现状全面阐述了糖尿病在肝损伤患者中的危险性,以期为临床的及时诊疗提供相关依据。
The incidence of diabetes combined with liver injury has increased in recent years and the later stage is usually irreversible,however,clinic is not emphasis on this disease.This article summarizes the relations between diabetes and fatty liver,viral hepatitis,liver fibrosis,cholelithiasis,DKA,illustrates the risk of diabetes in patients with liver injury comprehensively combined with current domestic and foreign research status,in order to provide relevant reference for timely clinical diagnosis and treatment.
