摘要
目的探讨电泳导入法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将80例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组常规静滴抗生素治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上,中药煎剂灌肠后,应用单向中频脉冲电流将药物透入患者盆腔,治疗2个疗程后观察并判断疗效。结果治疗组治愈率52.5%,总有效率97.5%,对照组治愈率17.5%,总有效率77.5%,两组比较,治愈率和总有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电泳导入法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,值得临床使用。
Objective To discuss the effects of unid irection pulse iontophoresis cure on chronic pelvic infection. Methods Divided 80 chronic pelvic infection patients into 2 groups： 40 patients as therapy group and another 40 patients as control group. Regular intravenous infusion of antibiotics therapy in control group,and therapy group is on the basis of control group and penetrate medicine into the pelvic cavity by unidirection pulse iontophoresis after Chinese medicine decoction enemas,and then observation of its effects after 2 therapy treatments. Results Therapy group cure rate is 52.5% and the to- tal effective rate is 97.5%, control group cure rate is 17.5% and total effective rate is 77.5%. After comparison,there are obvious difference on the 2 groups in cure rate and total effective rate. Conclusion Unidirection pulse iontophoresis cure on the chronic pelvic infection is very worthy to apply in the clinical use as its noted effects.
