摘要
目的探讨盆腔局部用药治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法对136例伴有盆腔积液的急、慢性盆腔炎患者,在经阴道彩色多普勒超声监视下行经阴道穿刺局部药物灌注治疗。结果经阴道行盆腔药物灌注治疗后,78.5%(102/136)患者临床症状完全消失,94.12%(128/136)患者盆腔积液完全消失或积液深度<1.0cm。结论女性盆腔炎患者经阴道行盆腔药物灌注治疗安全、高效、省时,可作为常规治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of pelvic inflammation with drug perfusion locally used in pelvic. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with abnormal accumulation of fluid in the pelvic suffering from acute or chronic pelvic inflammation were treated by transvaginal puncture with drug perfusion directed by transvaginal CDFI sonography. Results 78.5 % （ 102 of 136 cases ） of the patients with clinical symptoms completely disappeared, and 94.12% （ 128 of 136 cases ） with the abnormal accumulation of fluid in the pelvic completely disappeared or the depth of fluid was less than 1.0cm. Conclusion The therapeutic method of pelvic inflammation by transviganal puncture with drug perfusion is safe, highly effective and time saving, it may be chosen as a conventional treatment of pelvic inflammation.
