Based on The European Medicines Agency （EMA） is recommending that buflomedil-containing medicines be sus- pended from marketing in the European Union （EU） because of concerns about severe neurologic and cardiac toxicity,clini- cal application of Buflomedil Hydrochloride and its adverse drug reaction is summarized for the purpose of strengthening attention to the adverse reaction of drug.
