摘要
目的探讨使用添加谷氨酰胺的低渗型营养液进行早期肠内营养在改善长期住院患者的营养状态中的作用。方法选择2010年3月～2012年3月在我院治疗的68例长期住院患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将本研究入选患者分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者使用低渗型营养液进行早期肠内营养,观察组患者使用添加谷氨酰胺的低渗型营养液进行早期肠内营养。比较治疗前后对照组和观察组患者的主观综合性营养评估(SGA)分级分布和营养不良-炎症评分(MIS)评价得分情况。结果观察组治疗后的MIS各项指标评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且腹泻的发生明显减少(P<0.05)。结论添加谷氨酰胺的低渗型营养液进行早期肠内营养能够更明显地改善长期住院患者的营养状态,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the use of glutamine hypotonic nutrient solution for early enteral nutrition in improv- ing the nutritional status of long-term hospitalized patients. Methods From March 2010 to March 2012, 68 cases of long- term hospitalized patients in our hospital, the use of random number table, the study included patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group patients treated with hypotonie nutrient solution to early enteral nu- trition, observe patients treated with glutamine hypotonic nutrient solution of early enteral nutrition （n= 34 cases）. Before and after treatment control group and observation group in patients with subjective nutritional assessment （SGA） graded distribution and malnutrition - inflammation score （MIS） assessment scores. Results MIS indicators in the observation group scores were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and could significantly reduce diarrhea occurs （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Add glutamine hypotonic nutrient solution for early enteral nutrition can significantly improved the nu- tritional status of long-term hospitalized patients, to improve the clualitv of life of patients.
