摘要
目的探讨急性前葡萄膜炎糖皮质激素应用的合理方法。方法对71例88眼急性前葡萄膜炎患者个体化使用糖皮质激素治疗,观察炎症消退情况及不良反应。结果所有患者均能很快控制病情并治愈,治愈时间7～40 d(平均约14 d)。结论对前葡萄膜炎患者给予糖皮质激素个体化治疗可较好治愈炎症。
Objective To probe the proper application of glucocorticoids in the treatment of acute anterior uveitis. Meth- ods A total of 71 cases （88 eyes） received individualized glucocorticoids therapy,and the therapeutic effectiveness were surveyed. Results The development of disease in all cases could be controlled,and healing time was from 7 to 40（mean 14d）days. Conclusion Acute anterior uveitis can be healed by individualized glucocorticoids therapy.
