摘要
目的探讨血液灌流联合连续性肾脏替代治疗对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者IL-4、TNF-α、IL-1β等炎症因子的影响。方法将我院收治的符合急性重度有机磷农药中毒诊断标准的住院患者分为治疗组和对照组,检测并比较两组治疗前及治疗后血清中IL-4、TNF-α、IL-1β水平。结果治疗后12 h,治疗组IL-4水平较对照组降低(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-1β水平亦较对照组降低(均P<0.01);治疗后24 h,治疗组TNF-α、IL-1β水平较对照组降低(均P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合连续性肾脏替代治疗通过对炎症因子的清除作用,为临床综合救治AOPP提供了新的方法。
Objective To explore the influence of hemoperfusion combined with continuous renal replacement therapy on the IL-4, TNF-α, IL-1β and other inflammatory factors in patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poison- ing. Methods Hospitalized patients admitted to and treated in our hospital meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The serum IL-4, TNF- α and IL-1β levels before and after the treatment were detected and compared. Results After 12 hours of treatment, the IL-4 level of the treatment group decreased compared to that of the control group (P 〈 0.05), and the TNF-α and IL-1β lev els also decreased compared to those of the control group (P 〈 0.01). After 24 hours of treatment, the TNF-α and IL-1β lev- els of the treatment group decreased compared to those of the control group (P all 〈 0.05). Conclusion Through the elimina- tion of inflammatory factors, hemoperfusion combined with continuous renal replacement therapy has provided a new method for the comprehensive clinical treatment of AOPP.
