摘要
从培训课程的基本构成要素出发,分析中国石化集团公司下属各培训机构的品牌培训课程建设实践,总结中国石化品牌培训课程的特征,一是培训效果优良,二是特色优势突出。在此基础上提出了建立企业品牌培训课程评价指标体系的构想。企业品牌培训课程的评价指标体系由2个一级指标、9个二级指标、30个监测点构成,全面涵盖了培训课程的各个组成要素,突出了培训效果和培训优势特色两个重要方面,既反映了培训的内在规律,也结合了品牌管理的内在要求。
The paper conducts an analysis of the development of brand training courses in the training institutions under SINOPEC in the light of the basic elements of training courses, and makes a summary of the characteristics of SINOPEC brand training courses, which are good training effects and prominent featured advantages. Based on this, the paper proposes the development of an assessment indicators system for the businesses' brand training courses, which consists of 2 first - level indicators, 9 second - level indicators and 30 monitoring points to fully cover the components of training courses and highlight training effects and featured advantages. It both reflects the inherent law of training and takes into consideration the inherent requirements of brand management.
