摘要
[目的]探讨再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)的免疫学发病机制。[方法]用流式细胞术检测32例急性再生障碍性贫血(acute aplastic anemia,AAA)、30例慢性再生障碍性贫血(chronic aplasitc anemia,CAA)患者、32例对照人群外周血淋巴细胞亚群、调节性T细胞、γδT细胞的表达。[结果]与对照组相比AAA、CAA组CD3+CD4+T细胞、CD4/CD8、调节性T细胞显著低于对照组,CD3+CD8+T细胞、γδT细胞显著高于对照组;AAA组与CAA组相比,AAA组γδT细胞高于CAA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]T淋巴细胞比例失调、调节性T、γδT细胞功能紊乱可能在AA发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。
[Objective] To discuss the roles of the pathogenesis of AA.[Methods] The expressions of lymphocyte subsets,regulatory T cells and γδT cells in peripheral blood in 32 patients with AAA and 30 patients with CAA were detected by flow cytometry(FCM),and compared with 32 persons with normal control.[Results]The percentages of peripheral blood CD3+CD4+T cells,CD4/CD8 and regulatory T cells in the groups of AAA and CAA were significantly lower than those of control group.There were significant differences of the ratio of CD3+CD8+T cells,γδT cells in peripheral blood between AAA,CAA groups and the control group(P0.05),and in comparison with AAA and CAA,the percentage of γδT cells in AAA was significantly higher than CAA.[Conclusion] The ratio imbalance of T lymphocyte and dysfunction of regulatory T cells and γδT cells might play a major role in the pathogenesis of AA.
