加强医疗差错教学,提升住院医师培养质量 被引量：1

摘要 住院医师是医师成长历程中最重要的基础性阶段，能否得到良好的培养和训练，将在很大程度上决定他培养下一代住院医师的水平，及其未来事业能够企及的高度。因此，住院医师培养是决定学科建设和可持续发展的重要着力点。
