摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方卡托普利尼群地平胶囊中卡托普利的含量。方法采用美国Agilent高效液相色谱仪,流动相:以0.01mol·L-1的磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇-乙腈(65∶30∶5)(用磷酸调节pH至3.0)为流动相,流速:1.1mL·min-1,检测波长为215nm。柱温40℃。结果卡托普利在25.75～257.5μg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9992。回收率为99.8%。结论本法可准确测定复方卡托普利尼群地平胶囊中卡托普利的含量,适用于产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a measure to determine the content of captopril in compound captopril nitrendipine capsule by HPLC.METHODS US Agilent HPLC was used and 0.01mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution,methanol and acetonitrile（65∶30∶5）（pH adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid） was used as the mobile phase whose flow velocity was 1.1mL·min-1,test wavelength was 215nm and column temperature was 40℃.RESULTS The content of captopril within the range of 25.75～257.5μg·mL-1 showed a good linearity,r=0.9992 and its recovery was 99.8%.CONCLUSION This method can be used as a measure to determine the exact content of captopril in compound captopril nitrendipine capsule and as a control over product quality as well.
