摘要
建立卡托普利片的含量测定HPLC方法。色谱柱:Kromasil C18;流动相:0.05%磷酸溶液-甲醇-四氢呋喃(42:52:6)(用三乙胺调节pH至3.0±0.05);检测波长:215nm,流速:1.0mL·min^-1;柱温:30℃。卡托普利线性范围为5.08-254.01μg·mL^-1,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.94%,RSD为0.29%(n=9)。方法可靠,简单可行,为控制卡托普利片的内在质量提供了科学依据。
To establish a method for determination the content of Captopril Tablets by Kromasil C18 column was used with mixture of 0. 05% solution of phosphoric acid- HPLC. The methanol -- tetrahydrofuran (42 : 52 : 6, adjust to pH 3.0 ± 0. 05 with triethylamine) as the mobile phase . The detection wavelength set at 215nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL · min ^-l. The temperature of the column maintained at 30 ℃. The linear range of Captopril was 5.08- 254.01μg · mL^-1 and the average recovery was 99.94% (RSD=0.29%, n=9). The method is simple andreliable. It can be applied to the quality control of the Captopril Tablets.
