摘要
应用免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法，探讨局灶性脑缺血／再灌注及电针双侧“合谷”穴（ＬＩ４）对Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠脑组织中热休克蛋白（ＨＳＰ７０）表达的影响及意义。结果局灶性脑缺血３ｈ、再灌注３ｈ及６ｈ组ＨＳＰ７０的表达较假手术组明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），缺血３ｈ／再灌注６ｈ＋电针“合谷”穴组与缺血３ｈ／再灌注６ｈ组相比ＨＳＰ７０表达进一步增加（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示电针对局灶性脑缺血／再灌注的保护作用可能与ＨＳＰ７０表达增加有关。
The effect of focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and electro-acupuncturing bilateral'Hegu', point (LI4) on HSP70 expression in wistar rat brain tissue was evaluated by the S-P immunohistochemistry method. Compared with a control group, HSP70 expression increased markedly in I 3h. I 3h/R 3h. I 3h/R 6h groups (P< 0.01). Compared with the I 3h / R 6h group, it was observed that electro-acupuncture could further increase HSP70 expression (P<0.05).The results suggest that the neuroprotective mechanism of electro-acupuncture on focal cerebral/reperfusion may be related to the upregulation of HSP70 expression.
